These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cancun Airport Transfer website (cancun-airport.taxi) and private transportation services operated by ABORDO. By booking a transfer, you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
Cancun Airport Transfer provides private ground transportation services between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and destinations throughout the Riviera Maya, including the Hotel Zone, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Puerto Morelos, Costa Mujeres, and Akumal. We also provide hotel-to-hotel transfers and private tours.
2. Booking and payment
- All bookings must be made through our website or WhatsApp
- Prices are per vehicle (not per person) and include all taxes, tolls, and airport fees
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking
- Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
- You will receive a booking confirmation via email and WhatsApp within minutes of payment
3. Cancellation and refund policy
- Free cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund
- Late cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a 50% charge
- No-show: No refund for no-shows without prior notice
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
4. Pickup and service
- For airport pickups: your driver will meet you at the arrivals terminal with a sign displaying your name
- We monitor all flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed, your pickup time is adjusted automatically at no extra charge
- We provide a 30-minute complimentary waiting time after your flight lands for airport pickups
- For hotel pickups: the driver will be at your hotel lobby at the scheduled time
5. Vehicle and amenities
- All vehicles are modern, air-conditioned, licensed, and fully insured
- Complimentary amenities include: Wi-Fi, cold water, chilled towels, and child car seat on request
- All vehicles are equipped with Samsara GPS tracking and AI safety cameras
- Passengers receive a real-time tracking link to follow their vehicle
6. Intermediate stops
You may add one intermediate stop (up to 30 minutes) at locations such as Walmart, a currency exchange, or convenience store for an additional $10 USD. This can be requested during booking or directly with your driver.
7. Passenger responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking information (flight number, number of passengers, destination)
- Be ready at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time
- Treat the driver and vehicle with respect
- Seatbelts must be worn by all passengers at all times
- Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle
8. Luggage
Standard luggage (2 bags per passenger) is included. Oversized items such as surfboards, golf bags, or extra luggage should be mentioned during booking so we can assign the appropriate vehicle.
9. Liability
- All vehicles carry comprehensive insurance coverage as required by Mexican law
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for your transfer
10. Modifications
If you need to change your booking details (date, time, destination, or number of passengers), please contact us at least 12 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email. Changes are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico.
